Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our courses. However, due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at customerservice@mydynamictraining.com with your full name, course title, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
